Data Deletion Instructions

You can have every piece of data CreatorsBrains holds about you or one of your connected accounts deleted, in three ways. Whichever you choose, deletion of stored tokens is immediate and deletion of cached statistics completes within 30 days.

1. Disconnect an account from CreatorsBrains

1. Open your creator's page in CreatorsBrains.
2. In the connected networks section, open the account and click Revoke.
3. The stored tokens are deleted immediately and the platform is notified of the revocation.

2. Remove the app from the platform itself

• Instagram — Settings → Website permissions → Apps and Websites → remove CreatorsBrains. Meta then sends us a signed deletion request and we erase the account's data automatically. You receive a confirmation code, and can check the status of the request on this page's status endpoint provided in the confirmation.
• Google / YouTube — remove CreatorsBrains' access via Google security settings, then email us (option 3) if you also want cached statistics removed before the 30-day window.
• TikTok — Settings → Security → Apps and services → remove CreatorsBrains.

3. Email us

Write to [email protected] from the email address associated with your CreatorsBrains workspace, naming the account(s) to erase. We confirm completion within 30 days.
